Cardio Boxing

Cardio based boxing class instructed by our very own Golden Glove Boxer, Sam Manzella. This class will amp up your cardio and is appropriate for all ages and skill levels. Classes are 60 mins in duration.

Legends (50+)

Monday, Wednesday, Friday           10am – 11am                                                                                                       For our members 50+ years old! This class is a constant variation of functional movements and age appropriate intensity. The coach personalizes the workout for each individual.

One of fitness tiers that is coach led, high energy and high intensity.  We utilize interval rowing, running and functional weight resistance training with the use of dumbbells.  This tier is appropriate for every fitness level.  This is the best option for immediate results if your not ready for our CrossFit tier!

Teen

Here, we combine our regular gym programming with extra strength, volume and higher skill levels. This programming is for the serious athletes who want to get better at highly technical movements like snatches, muscle ups and handstand pushups! This programming has intentional rest days to ensure athletes are performing workouts at maximum effort with adequate time for recovery.

Saturday 9a-10a

Increase your knowledge and ability of the Olympic lifts. This is a great add on to our CrossFit Classes.
